Preparation

    Divide the flatbread in half, roll it up and secure it with a toothpick.

  2. STEP 2 OF 8

    Place the cones in the air fryer basket or in the oven and cook for about ten minutes at maximum temperature.

  3. STEP 3 OF 8

    Pour the contents of a package of Altro Polpette into a bowl.

  4. STEP 4 OF 8

    Add 250 ml of cold water and 20 g of sunflower seed oil.

  5. STEP 5 OF 8

    Mix well to combine the ingredients and let it rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

    Take the mixture and scoop some dough with a spoon.

    Shape the meatballs with moistened hands and cook at 200°C for 6 minutes in an air fryer or in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
