In a bowl, pour the contents of Altro cutlets & Nuggets.
Pour in the water and oil. Mix well and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
Take it again and add the spices you prefer. Mix and, after lightly oiling your hands, take a bit of the mixture.
Insert the plant-based cheese you like best in the center and close it. Shape and coat the Nuggets in breadcrumbs.
Fry in plenty of seed oil or bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15/20 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
Freeze raw and cook as needed
Great to serve with a yogurt sauce.
