Preparation

Beat sugar and eggs with an electric mixer until the mixture is frothy and voluminous.

Add all the ingredients as per the recipe, incorporating the apple cut into pieces. The batter should be free of lumps.

Line the cake tin with parchment paper and spread the batter evenly.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, static.

Bake for 25/30 minutes, depending on your oven.
