Spicy Burger with Mango and Grapefruit Sauce

@birrificio-del-ducato

A spicy burger that combines the bold flavor of the meat with a fresh and fruity sauce made from mango and grapefruit. The seasoning of the meat perfectly matches the exotic freshness of the sauce, creating an ideal balance to be paired with Freeride West Coast IPA beer. With its aromas of ripe mango, grapefruit, and tropical fruit, the beer enhances the complexity of the flavors, offering a symphony of freshness and bitterness that contrasts beautifully with the sweetness of the sauce and the robust flavor of the burger. Perfect for a summer meal, marked by conviviality and quality.
