Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Knead until you get a compact dough.
Let the dough rest in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Form balls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Create an indentation on each cookie with your fingertips.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
Once baked, add a bit of melted dark chocolate and peanut butter.
