A simple and quick-to-prepare water chocolate mousse with a frothy and light texture, perfect for any occasion.
Chop the chocolate and melt it in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
Transfer the melted chocolate into a sufficiently large bowl and place it inside a larger bowl with ice at the base.
Add the cold water to the melted chocolate, mix, and whip with electric beaters until a frothy consistency is achieved.
