Vegan, chocolaty, and surprising: try the cake with a touch of shiitake! An easy and quick dessert, ideal for unexpected guests and can be stored in the freezer.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave with two tablespoons of water for about 40 seconds or until well melted.
In a large bowl, pour the melted chocolate, add the plant-based drink, coconut sugar, flour with baking powder, and granulated Shiitake. Mix well.
Take 4 molds, dust them with unsweetened cocoa, and pour the mixture filling them a little more than halfway.
Cover each mold with plastic wrap and let them rest in the freezer for about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cakes for about 13 minutes.
Remove from the oven and garnish with organic shredded coconut to taste.
Store the prepared molds in the freezer for up to 1 month.
