This red wine comes from the Campania region, produced by the Vigne Storte company, which owns about 10 hectares of land. The hard work, dedication, care for the vineyards and production, give life to a product rich in flavors, aromas, and of high quality.
The red wine follows a vinification process in steel with a 20/25 day maceration on the skins. Fermentation occurs at a temperature of 15-17°C. Aging takes place in steel, then in barrique for 2 months, then again in steel and bottle for another 6 months.
