Lesster brewery's Craft Beer Del Brigante Dunkel Weizen is a dark beer with coppery highlights, in the Dunkel Weizen style. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, retaining all the characteristics of a classic weizen, but offering a rounder and more caramelized finish. This Dunkel Weizen is a top-fermented beer, unfiltered, unpasteurized and without preservatives, produced according to the bottle-refermentation method. To produce it, 5 different barley malts and wheat malt were used as the main ingredient. Alcohol content: 6.2% vol.
