
Fake pizza in air fryer
A quick and light version of the classic pizza, perfect for a quick lunch or casual dinner. Without leavening and with few ingredients, this fake pizza is a tasty and original alternative.
Ingredients
- Organic 00 flour
500g500g - Extra virgin olive oil
36mL36mL - Room temperature natural water
270mL270mL - Fine salt
1unit1unit - Baking soda

Preparation

In a bowl, combine the flour, extra virgin olive oil, water, salt, and baking soda.

Work the ingredients until you obtain a soft and elastic dough.

Divide the dough into 4 balls and roll them out with a rolling pin.

Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

Place parchment paper in the air fryer basket and cook the pizza bases for 4-5 minutes at 180 degrees.
