
Oven-Baked Lamb with Beer

- Leg of lamb
1Kg - Beer
250mL - Garlic powder
1unit - Parsley powder
1unit - Extra virgin olive oil
30mL - Saltto taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Massage the leg of lamb with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley powder.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Place the lamb in a baking dish and pour the beer over the meat.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Remove the aluminum foil and continue cooking for another 30 minutes to brown the meat.

Serve the lamb hot accompanied by potatoes or roasted vegetables.
