
Baked apple with goat cheese tomino cream, walnuts, and mint

- Golden apples

120g120g - Shelled walnuts
40g40g - Wildflower honey
20g20g - Fresh cream (or greek yogurt)
40mL40mL - Brown sugar
8g8g - Lemon juice
10mL10mL - Grated lemon zestto taste

Preparation

Peel the apples and core them. Place them in a baking dish, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with brown sugar.
