The soil is rich in skeleton and river pebbles, with a southern exposure, at about 300 m above sea level. 🌱 Cultivation practices Certified organic farming. Manual processing, no use of herbicides. The first harvest dates back to 2008, initially classified as IGT Toscana Sangiovese.
