This non-vintage cuvée is the result of the collaboration between Lanson and winemaker Hervé Dantan, offering a sip of complexity, freshness, and fullness. Assembled with pinot noir, chardonnay, and pinot meunier, aged on the lees for 5 years before disgorging. A Brut Champagne that deserves to be appreciated. Intense straw yellow, with reflections tending towards golden. The nose is very interesting and evolved, where touches of yeast and pastry are perceived, enriched by fruity hints - primarily pear and strawberry compote - and slightly spicy aromas. It enters the mouth with an enveloping and fresh sip, crisp, characterized by a nice smoothness, which encourages drinking.
