Description
Purslane, also known as Pigweed, is a succulent summer Mediterranean wild herb, with small round leaves and a tender reddish stem, rich in omega-3 and linoleic acid. This particular one is produced within the Alchimie di Circe farm, naturally vegan and gluten-free. Unfortunately, its use has been lost and it is one of the most uprooted wild plants in Italian gardens. This version is in giardiniera according to the Piedmontese method, which makes it tastier and more floral, immersed in fragrant Umbrian extra virgin olive oil, which rounds out the flavor. Perfect for appetizers, bruschetta, or accompanied with grilled chanterelle mushrooms, in a 230g glass jar. INGREDIENTS: Wild purslane, extra virgin olive oil (Soc. Agr.
