Why does the marketplace allow multi-cart: if you add products from different sellers, the system creates a separate order for each seller. It's the most transparent way to correctly manage different shipping, costs and times. Each order, if offered by the seller, has a specific shipping cost that can be waived by reaching a minimum cart value.

The seller responsible for the sale handles the entire post-purchase process: order confirmation, shipping, tracking, returns and refunds. The platform does not handle operational customer care or logistics, but makes clear which seller is responsible for the order and facilitates communication.

Payment is processed via Stripe Connect, which provides a modern, secure checkout with fraud protection and high security standards. Card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored in plain text, to provide a reliable and fast experience.
