Preparation

    - thoroughly rinse the quinoa under running water

    - drain it and blend it with more water

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    - transfer the mixture to a greased pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side over low heat

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    - fill the crepes with yogurt and serve them with fresh fruit and cocoa cream
