





Take the bread, slice it and remove the crust, then soak the crumb in the milk.
Put the ground beef and pork in a large bowl. Chop the parsley and add it to the meat, then add the Grana Padano, the breadcrumbs, the eggs, salt and pepper. Squeeze the bread crumb and add it to the mixture.
Knead with your hands until you obtain a soft, even mixture. Shape it into a cylinder and let it rest in the fridge for 10-15 minutes wrapped in baking paper.
Brush the meatloaf with extra virgin olive oil and preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the meatloaf in an oiled baking dish, adding the potatoes for the side dish if desired.
Cook for about one hour, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
Serve the meatloaf with a side of baked potatoes for a complete and delicious dish.
