In this recipe plain yogurt was used. When choosing yogurt, it is best to prefer, as in this case, the plain white version (without added sugar) to pair with fresh fruit or nuts rather than flavored or fruit yogurts, since in a jar we may find 3 or more teaspoons of sugar. In a healthy diet, milk and yogurt can be included daily in the amount of 1-2 servings. A 125-gram jar of plain yogurt, like the one used in this recipe, can therefore also be consumed every day.

Roughly crumble the biscuits and place them inside a glass jar.
Mix the yogurt with the honey and pour it into the jar over the crumbled biscuits.
Let rest in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the blackberry sauce by cutting the blackberries into small pieces (keep one for decoration) and heating them in a non-stick pan over low heat together with ½ cup of water.
After about 5 minutes, when the sauce is fairly smooth, pour it directly over the yogurt.
Let rest in the refrigerator.
Finally decorate the jar with the chopped pistachios, blueberries and a blackberry.
Store in the refrigerator. It is possible to prepare the jar in the evening for a breakfast ready in the morning.
It is possible to replace traditional plain yogurt with plain plant-based yogurt for those who make a vegan choice or simply to change flavor and vary.
