


In a bowl, break the chocolate into small pieces, then melt it in a bain-marie or in the microwave for a few seconds.
In another bowl, crumble the biscuits coarsely and pour the sugar into a large bowl.
Add the softened butter and the unsweetened cocoa, mixing vigorously with a whisk.
Add the melted chocolate and mix again, then add the crumbled biscuits.
Mix the biscuits well into the rest of the mixture and pour onto a sheet of baking paper, rolling it up to give it the shape of a salami.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours; then dust with icing sugar and slice to serve.
Keeps in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
You can add pieces of dried fruit for a richer flavor.
