



In a bowl, add the sugar and flour. Mix with a spoon.
Add the oil, orange juice and water. Mix with a spoon.
Add the baking powder and mix well, taking care not to create lumps.
Pour the mixture into a previously buttered and floured 18 cm pan.
Spread a little granulated sugar and the chocolate chips on the surface (or flaked almonds, if you prefer).
Bake in a static oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Always do the toothpick test to check doneness.
Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
