
Tuna sauce is a cold sauce made with mayonnaise, canned tuna, anchovies, and capers. It is traditionally served as a accompaniment for roasted or boiled meat.








Take the three anchovies, wash them, remove the bones, place them on the cutting board and finely chop them together with the tuna and capers (if desired, everything can be put in the blender)
When everything is reduced to a paste, incorporate the mayonnaise
