Ingredients
- Egg white
200g - Greek yogurt
100g - Lemon cake flavored oat flakes
30g - Spelt flour
30g - Liquid stevia
20units - Baking powder
4g - Lemon juice
0.5units - Lemon zest
1unit - Coconut topping
- Oat drink
150mL - Defatted coconut flour
1.5units - Cornstarch
2units - Sweeteneras needed
Preparation

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- STEP 2 OF 6
In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, stevia, lemon juice, and zest.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Add the beaten egg whites to the wet mixture, folding gently from bottom to top.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Sift the flour and combine with oat flakes and baking powder, gradually incorporating them into the mixture.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Pour the mixture into a mold suitable for the air fryer and cook at 150°C for 30 minutes.
- STEP 6 OF 6
For the topping, mix oat drink, coconut flour, cornstarch, and sweetener, cook over low heat until thickened.
