tuduu.it is a digital marketplace that connects consumers and Italian food producers. The site is managed by Drilldown S.r.l., with its registered office at Viale Isonzo 8, 20135 Milan – VAT number 12392590969. We are not part of the sales contract between buyer and seller, but we facilitate the transaction through our platform.

How returns work on Tuduu

Since the products purchased on tuduu.it are shipped directly by the producers, each return must be handled directly with the seller, in accordance with current regulations.

Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product, without any obligation to provide a reason, except for the exceptions provided (for example: perishable products, sealed items opened).

Procedure to make a return

  1. Contact the seller Access your order and send a message to the producer through the “Contacts” section. The producer's name is indicated both on the product page and in the order confirmation email.
  2. Follow the seller's instructions The seller will communicate the return methods. Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
  3. Receive the refund Once the returned goods are received, the seller will proceed with the refund according to the established timing and methods. tuduu.it does not handle refunds but can assist in case of disputes.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable products or products with a short expiration date
  • Sealed products that have been opened after delivery
  • Customized or made-to-measure products
