emporion.it (hereinafter, the "Platform") is a digital marketplace that connects consumers with Italian food producers. The service is managed by Drilldown S.r.l., with legal headquarters in Viale Isonzo 8, 20135 Milan – VAT number 12392590969. Drilldown S.r.l. is not part of the sales contract between buyer and seller, but facilitates the transaction through its technological infrastructure.
Since the products purchased through the Platform are shipped directly by individual producers, each return must be managed directly with the seller, in accordance with current legislation.
According to the Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product, without the obligation to provide a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law (e.g., perishable or sealed products).

Does the portal manage refunds directly? No. The refund is issued by the seller; the Platform does not hold or manage the funds allocated for customer refunds.
