Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 6

    Mix in a bowl 40 g of lupin flour (or oats for a classic version), 30 g of coconut flour, 20 g of FITPORN low-fat cocoa, a jar of natural soy yogurt, 65 g of egg white, 5 g of extra virgin olive oil, erythritol, cinnamon, natural vanilla flavor, and a pinch of salt.

    Add plant-based drink until you get a smooth and creamy mixture, then incorporate two pinches of baking soda and a few drops of lemon.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Pour the mixture into a round mold with a diameter of 12 cm and cook at 1000W for 5 minutes.

    Cut the cake and fill it with FITPORN apricot jam.
