Preparation

In a bowl, mix the flour with the instant yeast.
- STEP 2 OF 7
Add the water and extra virgin olive oil, stirring until you get a smooth dough.

Add a pinch of salt and continue kneading.
- STEP 4 OF 7
Divide the dough into portions and roll it out into strip shapes.

Cook in a non-stick pan for about 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

Add the cooked ham and smoked scamorza cheese as a topping.
