    In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Add the water and extra virgin olive oil, stirring until a homogeneous dough is obtained.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll them out with a rolling pin until thin discs are obtained.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Heat a non-stick pan and cook each piadina for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden.
