Take a pastry sheet, prick the bottom, and add the breadcrumbs and coppa.
Add the egg mixture and then the remaining artichokes, stracchino cheese, and potatoes.
Sprinkle some Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and a drizzle of oil on top.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes in a preheated fan oven. Activate the grill for the last 5 minutes.
