In a bowl, mix the two flours with the sourdough starter.
Gradually add the water and knead until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Incorporate the salt and black sesame seeds into the dough.
Let the dough rise, covered, for about 2 hours.
Shape into buns and brush them with water.
Sprinkle the buns with the mixed seeds on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
