- Fine saltas needed

Preparation

Wash the zucchinis, remove both ends, cut them in half, and then cut them again lengthwise to obtain 4 shells from each zucchini.

Scoop out the pulp and place it in a bowl, chopping it into small pieces.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Add the ground meat, salt, pepper to taste, Parmigiano, and the egg.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Mix the ingredients and fill the zucchini shells.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Spray a little oil on the zucchini and cook them in an air fryer for about 20 minutes at 190°C.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Once cooked, pour a little stracciatella over each boat, put them back in the air fryer for 2 minutes, and serve.

You can use any ground meat you prefer, such as chicken, turkey, beef, or you can skip the meat altogether or replace it with tofu; they will still be delicious.
