
Vegetarian burgers made with spinach and ricotta, cooked in the air fryer for a crispy exterior. Easy, light recipe without eggs.
Wash the spinach and cook it briefly in boiling water.
Squeeze the spinach to remove excess water and chop it finely.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach with the ricotta and mix thoroughly until combined.
Add the breadcrumbs and keep mixing until you get a uniform consistency.
Add salt and pepper to taste, taste, and adjust the seasoning.
Take portions of the mixture and form the burgers in the desired size.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
Place the burgers in the air fryer and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning them halfway through, until golden and crispy on the outside.

Variations: add grated cheese to the mixture or on top of the burgers during cooking. Serve with salads or baked potatoes or as a filling for sandwiches.
