Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 5
Prepare an emulsion with extra virgin olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, and salt.
- STEP 2 OF 5
Rinse the prawns under running water and trim the whiskers.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Place the prawns in a baking dish and pour the prepared emulsion over them.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 5 minutes.
- STEP 5 OF 5
Add the Vernaccia and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
