  • Vanilla or lemon zestto taste
  • Almonds200g
  • Flour400g
  • Baking powder1teaspoon

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Shape the dough into a long roll and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees. The base should be golden.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Mix the liquid ingredients with the almonds (or hazelnuts) and then add the flour with the sifted baking powder.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    While still warm, cut them diagonally and put them back in the oven for 10 minutes on fan mode. Check that they are golden.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    For the cocoa version, use 180 g of flour, 40 g of cocoa, and 150 g of sugar, the rest remains the same
