Soak the chickpeas for 12 hours or for the time indicated on the package
Rinse them several times and dry them well
Season with oil, salt, and spices if desired (paprika, pepper)
Place in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 35 minutes (check them after 30 minutes and wait until they are golden) If they pop, it's normal, taste one (after letting it cool for a few minutes, it should be crunchy, not mushy)
After they have cooled, store them in a paper bag or glass jars. Add more salt if necessary
