Soak the chickpeas for 12 hours or for the time indicated on the package
Rinse them several times and dry them well
Season with oil, salt, and spices if you like (paprika, pepper)
Put them in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 35 minutes (check them after 30 minutes and wait until they are golden) If they crackle, that is normal, taste one (after letting it cool for a few minutes and it should be crunchy, not mushy)
Once they have cooled, store them in a paper bag or in glass jars. Add more salt if needed
