Boil the milk with all the spices over low heat for 5 minutes.
Strain the milk, then add all the ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, oil).
Pour into an 18/21 cm pan and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes (do the toothpick test; when it comes out dry, it is ready).
Meanwhile, prepare the caramel by melting the sugar together with the agave syrup and walnuts; when it reaches a fluid consistency, pour it over the cake while it is still hot and let everything cool.
Once cooled, we can finally enjoy our cake 🥧
