- Ricotta
250g250g - Sugar

- Strawberry jamto taste
Preparation

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
- STEP 2 OF 7
Add the oil and yogurt and continue beating.
- STEP 3 OF 7
Then add the sifted flour with the baking powder and lemon zest.
- STEP 4 OF 7
Pour into a greased and floured 24 cm pan.
- STEP 5 OF 7
Prepare the ricotta cream by mixing ricotta and sugar, and distribute it in spoonfuls over the cake.
- STEP 6 OF 7
Distribute the jam in the same way.
- STEP 7 OF 7
Bake in a preheated fan oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
