Chill the mixing glass, place 1 sugar cube inside, add 3 dashes of Angostura and a splash of TIBI linden, lemon balm, chamomile, stir.
Add the Whiskey and Chamomile Liqueur, fill with ice and chill.
Fill the old fashioned glass with ice and strain the contents into the glass, add TIBI linden, lemon balm, chamomile.
Garnish with orange zest and SERVE!
