Preparation

    Slice the dates lengthwise, remove the pit without splitting them completely.

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Insert a generous piece of blended Goat Tomino and a whole almond into each date.

  3. STEP 3 OF 3

    Arrange the dates on a serving plate. Drizzle each date with Rhododendron Honey and garnish with fresh thyme or mint leaves.
