Delicious crispy tiles made with puffed rice, ideal as a dessert or snack.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and sugar over low heat until you get a smooth mixture.
Add the honey and mix well.
Remove from heat and add the puffed rice, stirring until all the rice is well coated with the butter mixture.
Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming tiles.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
They can be enriched with dark chocolate or dried fruits as desired.
