Soils composed of clay, sand, and silt. South exposure, in a hilly context rich in biodiversity. 🌿 Cultivation practices Certified organic agriculture. Vineyards trained with guyot and spurred cordon, with a density of 5,000 vines/ha. Manual harvest. No use of chemical products. 🔬 Technical characteristics Denomination: Bianco Provincia di Pavia IGP Grape variety: Müller Thurgau and Riesling Renano Vinification: Müller Thurgau grapes are harvested first. When the must begins to ferment, Riesling Renano berries are added to the same tank. Aging: In tank, with rackings.
