Produced with 100% Italian pork in our facility in Poggio a Caiano, Tuscany, with slow cooking in water for 4 hours and hand processing. The result is a cooked charcuterie with an unmistakable aroma, with visible cubes of fat and peppercorns in the slice. It is a mortadella without pistachios, flavored with granulated garlic, ground white pepper and peppercorns.
