The Birra del Brigante artisanal Dunkel Weizen from the Lesster brewery is a dark beer with coppery reflections, in the dunkel weizen style. On the palate, it is smooth and enveloping, retaining all the characteristics of a classic weizen, but offering a rounder and more caramelized finish. This Dunkel Weizen is a top-fermented beer, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and without preservatives, produced according to the bottle fermentation method. To produce it, 5 different barley malts and wheat malt as the main ingredient were used.
