Delizia Hazelnut Cream is made exclusively with hazelnuts of the Corylus Avellana variety, specifically the prized Tonda Gentile Trilobata cultivar, renowned for its excellence. The hazelnuts used are mechanically shelled, sized, and subjected to a meticulous roasting process. After roasting, they are carefully hand-selected to ensure only the highest quality, followed by refining to achieve a perfect cream. The aroma and fragrance of this product authentically reflect the typical characteristics of Piedmont Hazelnut IGP, free from bitter or rancid notes, offering a delicate and unmistakable flavor.
