Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Produced in the olive groves of Valle di Mezzane, in the municipalities of Mezzane di Sotto and Illasi, on the northern hills of the province of Verona. This valley is a particularly unique climatic treasure ideal for oil production: a substrate of marl and sandstones, an uncontaminated nature, a closed valley that maintains controlled temperatures throughout the year with excellent thermal variations especially during the fruit ripening period. This is an oil of the Doge type (Casaliva Leccino). It appears with an intense green color, creamy and persistent, with strong hints of vegetables, artichoke, and thistle. Olio Extravergine d'Oliva Doge: 2022 awards: Gold Medal at the AIPO International Competition, Silver Aipo 2022: First place Palio dell'Olio Extravergine 2022 Verona, 2023: Featured in the Gamberorosso and Slow Food guides.
