Produced in the olive groves in Valle di Mezzane, in the municipalities of Mezzane di Sotto and Illasi, on the northern hills of the province of Verona. This valley is a particularly unique climatic treasure chest, ideal for oil production: a substrate of marl and sandstone, unspoiled nature, a closed valley that maintains consistently controlled temperatures throughout the year with excellent thermal variations, especially during the fruit ripening period. The olives used are of the Leccio variety (pure Leccio and Leccio del Corno). This oil presents a light fruity scent, tastes of green grass and tomato, elegant and balanced with a slight bitterness that fades quickly. Clear and bright, typical green with golden reflections typical of the cultivars of the Veronese hills.
