PASTA 50%: type "00" wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, mixed egg 18%, rice flour 4%, water.
FILLING 50%: pork meat, braised cooked pork/beef meat (pork meat 65%, beef meat 22%, water, salt, natural flavors), grated cheese (milk, salt, microbial coagulant enzyme), onion, pepper, nutmeg, broth preparation (salt, monosodium glutamate, lactose, onion and celery, in variable proportion).
