In a bowl, combine the flour, extra virgin olive oil, water, salt, and baking soda.
Work the ingredients until you obtain a soft and elastic dough.
Divide the dough into 4 balls and roll them out with the help of a rolling pin.
Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
Place the parchment paper in the air fryer basket and cook the pizza bases for 4-5 minutes at 180 degrees.
After the first cooking, top the pizzas and cook them at 200 degrees for another 10 minutes or until they are nicely golden.
