Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients, followed by the liquid ingredients. Mix all the ingredients until smooth, without lumps.

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Form a dough ball. From this, you can make 2 rustic pies of 22 cm in size or alternatively one large rectangular pie.

    Prepare the filling by mixing ricotta, grated cheese, and fine salt.

    Fill the rustic pies and brush the surface with olive oil.

  5. STEP 5 OF 5

    Bake in a preheated static oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes, depending on the oven.
