- Type 1 flour

225g225g - Licoli or dry yeast
2g2g - Wakame seaweed rehydrated in a little water
10g10g - Spirulina
5g5g - Salt
8g8g - Oil for fryingas needed
Preparation

In a bowl, pour the water, dissolve the yeast, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- STEP 2 OF 5
While continuously stirring with a whisk, add the flour, spirulina, salt, and finally the seaweed cut into small pieces.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Mix the batter well, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let it rise for at least 3 hours.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Heat the oil to temperature, use two spoons to drop the batter into the hot oil, and cook, turning the fritters until golden brown.
- STEP 5 OF 5
Drain the fritters and transfer them to absorbent paper. Serve hot.
