Preparation

Mash the avocado with a fork.
- STEP 2 OF 8
Add yogurt, flour, and yeast and mix with your hands.
- STEP 3 OF 8
Form a smooth dough on the work surface.
- STEP 4 OF 8
Divide into 4 parts and shape into rings.
- STEP 5 OF 8
Brush with milk and cover with mixed seeds.
- STEP 6 OF 8
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the buns.
- STEP 7 OF 8
Bake in a preheated oven at 180/200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
- STEP 8 OF 8
Let cool well and fill as desired.
